All items are pre-owned consignment merchandise sold as-is, and all sales are final. Before completing a purchase, buyers may arrange to test an item for up to 24 hours. If you decide not to keep it within that 24-hour testing period, contact us in store or at 510 647 5042 to return the item in the same condition it was provided, and you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. After the 24-hour testing period ends, the sale is final and no returns or refunds are offered. Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.
