Up for bid is this handsome drop-front secretary from the Planner Group by Paul McCobb for Wichendon Furniture. The piece has been meticulously restored and refinished and couldn't be in nicer condition. The enameled Raffia doors are clean and original and the cabinet has been glued up and redone in a deep black with a clear lacquer finish. The lower compartment with its Raffia bypass doors conceals a single adjustable shelf (not installed in photos). The polished brass hardware has been left with its original light patina. H 46 in. x W 36 in. x D 15.5 in.
