Pair of early California modernist lounge chairs by Vista of California for Stow Davis, freshly refinished and reupholstered in luxurious charcoal grey velvet. These early designs influenced many who came after them by Paul McCobb and Jens Risom among others. Stow Davis employed some of the greatest midcentury designers to design their collections, including Osvaldo Borsani, Bert England, Pierre Paulin, Don Chadwick, M.F. Harty, et al.
