This coffee table was designed by famous modern designer Milo Baughman for Thayer Coggin in the 1960s. Unrelenting in its modern design, it still maintains a rich classic taste to it, a style that was truly coined by Baughman's enduring, simple, and sleek furniture. The forward-thinking storage top is a great example of great and enduring modern design thats economically (space wise) functional and stylish. Can be used as a main coffee table or even as a side table. This piece and its collection was shown at the Whitney Museum of Art's exhibit "High Style: 20th Century American Design."
