These pieces are by William Creitz, dated 85 (1985). They are by the well-known and listed artist, William Creitz. Per the Vasefinder Museum, William Creitz (1938-) studied at Portland State University. He produced stoneware and porcelain for over four decades in California. Creitz's work is featured in Lamar Harrington's seminal monograph entitled Ceramics in the Pacific Northwest. He exhibited in the San Francisco Bay area at the All West Crafts Fair and at the Richmond Art Center. He also exhibited at the Nationals in 1966.
